In these times when we feel more disconnected from people, have an overwhelming amount of work related stress, financial hardship and social media pressures on how we should look, act, be - we are faced with growing insecurities, lack of direction and the constant search for identity. 


What we see a lot as coaches are people who live in a restricted circle of potential, feeling constantly disappointed with life, lacking depth in their relationships, being frustrated with their careers, health and finances; and that is not because they lack opportunities, resources, intelligence or luck but simply because they don't believe in themselves, or worse - they think they are not good enough. 

When we feel confident and able to prioritise ourselves everything changes. We start saying yes to things that can expand us and no to those things that leave us feeling unfulfilled.  We feel better at managing conflicts and are less likely to react negatively to external circumstances. There’s a lot more ease in life and our relationships. We are able to communicate with greater ease and feel much more grounded and unshakable.

One of the key misbeliefs about confidence is that you are either born with confidence or you are not. The truth is that we were all born with confidence, fearlessness and overflowing self-belief. However, somewhere along the way we started to believe what others told us and we began comparing ourselves with different standards. That is okay, because we are here to show you that confidence is a skill that everyone can learn (and we know this first hand!). It is the outcome of the thoughts we think and the actions we take.


Another misconception is seeing healthy self-esteem as arrogance. People with low self-esteem often worry that improving how they perceive themselves will make them appear arrogant or big headed. Often it is the opposite – people who are arrogant use aggressive, argumentative, ego-pleasing behaviours to cover up their low self-esteem. High self-esteem does not mean being the loudest person in the room. There is a huge difference between self-esteem and self-obsession. While the former is based on confidence that comes from within, the latter is based on ego driven behaviours.


This programme is based on both: thorough research and hands-on experience (as well as our passion & commitment to this work). We want to make it simple for those who are familiar with neuroscience and for those who are not.

Let’s put it this way – we all have at least two voices within us, based in two entirely different regions of our brain: the empowering voice and the limiting voice. The limiting voice rests within our limbic system, often referred to as a survival brain region. Our empowering voice is based within the positive intelligence region of our brain, the prefrontal cortex.

The main difference between the two voices (aside from their geography) is that our limiting voice is all about existing and surviving. It is associated with feelings like anxiety, stress, anger, guilt, blame, regret, shame and disappointment. Whether you call this voice your inner critic, saboteur, gremlin or negative thoughts - this is where they live.

Our empowering voice, on the other hand, is scientifically responsible for thriving and this voice is able to see and  appreciate our worth, recognise our strengths and grow the seeds of courage we plant. It is associated with feelings like curiosity, excitement, gratitude, empathy, joy, calmness, creativity and peace.

The goal of the programme is simple: to strengthen your empowering voice and weaken your limiting voice.  And whilst it is simple we know it's not easy. That is why we are committed to supporting you.

  • Increase awareness about yourself beyond the limiting and negative fear based stories you have been telling yourself or identifying with. 

  • Get clear about your boundaries, needs and learn how to prioritise yourself. 

  • Recognise both, your limiting and empowering voices, understand how they impact your thinking, feelings, behaviour and learn how to manage them effectively.

  • Get really clear and honest about what drives and motivates you. 

  • Learn practical ways of moving out of your comfort zone in a realistic and manageable manner.

  • Master the art of self-promotion, self-recognition and grow your self-belief.

In this 3 month programme we will meet twice a month for 2hrs in a live online session. The interactive, experiential sessions will be a mixture of teaching, exercises to build personal awareness, coaching, challenging current thinking (done in a very supportive way) and accountability. 


Each intake will be put into a smaller group (a POD) who will meet on a monthly basis outside of the live sessions at a time decided on between you. We hope that your POD will become your family, friends, confidants and supporters as you move through this journey. They will also provide accountability which we know a lot of our clients value. During the programme we invite you to have a 1-2-1 coaching session with either of us to address any blocks, blindspots or obstacles. You will be part of a larger community where you can share what you are going through and support one another. And all this time we will be with you, providing support and communicating with you between the live sessions. 


We understand the doubts, fears, uncertainty (and excitement) that can arise when you are thinking about making a commitment to change (trust us we have experienced those same voices).  So we would love to offer you the opportunity to meet us for a virtual coffee.  You can then get a feel for us, ask us any questions, get a better idea of the programme and if it is right for you.

We are Patrycja and Binta, co-founders, coaches and your guides for the Confidence Mastery Collective. We met in 2019 and bonded immediately because of our passion and commitment to help people overcome their obstacles to self-esteem and confidence, having been on our own deep journeys. Our commitment to personal growth and development has been the force that kept us going when the work got challenging. We are proud to say that we now stand in our sovereignty in our personal and professional lives. Don't get us wrong, we are still faced with challenges but we are able to navigate them with greater ease and grace.

We are lit up by guiding others in their own inner journeys to help them feel more empowered, break free from their limiting small-self and share with them professional tools and proven practices.

When will the live sessions take place?

The live sessions will take place at 6.30pm GMT/ BST on the first and third Tuesday of every month.


What if I can't make some of the live sessions?

All session notes and handouts will be shared with you and a short catch-up call with Binta or Patrycja will be arranged in case you miss a session. The POD call will also serve as support for the learnings from that session.


Will you offer this programme again?

Yes. The programme will run twice a year and we hope this will increase as interest grows.

How many people can I expect on the programme?

We want to keep each cohort small, to create deeper learning, so the number of participants will be between 6 to 12.

Which online platform will you be using for the live sessions?

We are using Zoom for our live sessions and take care of all technical aspects. 


How and when do POD members meet? 

The POD members decide when they will meet in between sessions. We recommend meeting for 1 hour once a month and having regular check-ins via WhatsApp.


What is your refund policy?

We offer 100% refund up to 30 days before the start of the programme. 


What is the cost of the programme?

The programme fee is  £720. We have a limited number of early bird places at £594 for each cohort. This will be offered to the first three people that book. 

Payment can either be made in full ahead of the start of the programme or in two payments of £360 (full price) or £297 (early bird) before the start date and the second six weeks after.

Every CMC intake enables us to facilitate a series of free workshops to disadvantaged teenagers to help them overcome their inner limiting beliefs, boost their self-worth and self-belief and allow them to dream big.


Both of our own lives would have been so different if we had learnt these skills and been taught to reframe our negative beliefs and thoughts at a younger age. We feel incredibly passionate about empowering young people so they can navigate those difficult years and beyond with greater ease. It is our motivation to create this space for these young individuals, which is made possible by your participation in the Academy.
